If we start this at a young age it will not only prepare these young ladys incase of a predator attack it will also make them more prepared if they are in a violent relationship. To many woman are abused on a day to day basis and it is time we help our children know how to protect their selfs. I am a mother of 3 girls and can not afford to pay for self defence classes like so many parents out there, if this was part of the school curriculum the lifes it would save would be well worth the cost it would take to role this out.
