Network Rail Noise & Vibration from Trains.

In the past 18 months there has been a substantial increase in track noise and ground percussion which is directly affecting the residents' enjoyment of the area and has resulted in a detrimental change in their living environment.

In order to mitigate the noise decibel levels, we request that Network Rail install and maintain a noise reduction method/system along the disused railway via duct - rail corridor between Liverpool Street Station to Southend.
