I would like to ban companies and business from creating online questionnaires that make it hard for people with disabilities to have access to equal job opportunities. as well as creating a clear understanding Autism Spectrum Disorders.

i would like the government to consider subsidizing educational programs on Disabilities and Learning difficulties to all companies. hold companies accountable for the hiring managers in charge by making them prove that they have taken a course in Disability and Learning Difficulties. the government to make it illegal for companies require you to complete an online test in order to advance there application.

However, employers are already required under the Equality Act to make 'reasonable adjustments' to their recruitment practices, so as not to disadvantage disabled applicants.
