Private pension arrangments are Obviously going to fail. Individuals with little option but to take these schemes are destined to become poor second rate pensioners through no fault of there own. The government needs to make substantial provisions and enforce contributions from all. All to often timing and circumstance determine ones pension provisions and that is not good enough
