The efficient spending of public money already raised from the good tax payers of Britain is therefore essential in achieving rising prosperity.
Where an individual civil servant is found to be responsible for a significant loss, whether through fraudulent activity or failure to carry out their duties correctly, should be held personally liable for the losses
