Whether you work on a building site, work as a security guard or warehouse worker, doctor, In most jobs you need a licence to do your job and to show that you are competent in the role.

We would like to see the MPs have a public service licence which they would have to pay for (as other professions do) to work in the Houses of parliament and to serve the public.

We would also like to see this expanded to Civil Servants covering MPs back offices to Job Centre Staff.
