As a county councillor in Oxfordshire Banbury I'm fully aware that Oxfordshire County Council has had to save nearly 220 million 2009-2013 and will have to save a further 65-67 million 2013-2017 due to a cut the grant the council get from central government.Children centres have been saved but cuts to adult social care and other services OCC provide are in danger and could push the Council to the brink.This must stop and be debated in the commons ASAP
