Across the UK thousands of people are facing the sack if they don't accept less pay and worse conditions.
After months of pandemic hardship, this is no way to treat people. It’s time for action, we need the Government to outlaw Fire and Rehire NOW.
Fire and Rehire is a legal loophole that means that employees can be sacked if they don't sign up to new contracts with less pay and worse conditions.
This practice has already been outlawed in Ireland, Spain & France and has been called 'bully-boy tactics' by UK Government Ministers.
The Government needs to act now to outlaw this practice before it is used against tens of thousands more UK workers.
