Closed Reinstate the roundabout at Rugby Road/Hawley Road junction, Hinckley, Leicestershire

Since mid 2013, the residents of Hinckley and people travelling through have had to put up with constant traffic delays due to the 'improvement' of the Rugby Road/Hawley Road junction.

At the heart of the problem is a set of traffic lights which lead to tailbacks, congestion and gridlock never seen before in Hinckley.

The easiest solution to the problem would be to install a roundabout at this junction.... oh wait, there used to be one there and all seemed to flow smoothly enough!

Please remove the traffic lights at this junction and reinstate the roundabout.
