We shouldn't be giving aid directly or indirectly to countries like China and India to sort out their problems while they concentrate on space programs. All aid should only be given to countries far worse off than ourselves that actually want to fix their problems but can't do so themselves. Wherever possible distribution and work should also be done or overseen by UK nationals to ensure it is used as intended.
