This is not about withdrawing citizenship from people who have a second house or who have move to work for a couple of years. This is about withdrawing citizenship from people who moved abroad to set up a new life paid all their taxes to the foreign government then suddenly want to come back to use the NHS etc when they are 65 . Another example are people who moved abroad their business goes broke for a new life pay taxes to a new government and suddenly they want to come back to the UK.
