Petition Fracking and Pollution Responsibility

To ensure that ANY company working on ANY Fracking site in the United Kingdom is held 100% responsible for any water pollution which contains the chemicals which are used in the fracking process (including natural methane which has, until the point of fracking, not been present in the local water to any degree of concern).

Or if more than one company, equally responsible based on % investment.

That any company or companies responsibility will extend to the point that the said company or company is taken to the point of bankruptcy to ensure that all funds possible have been used to 'clean up' the operation.
