The UK Government should call the Serious Crime Unit to investigate the HM Revenue & Customs Tax/Family Tax System that seems like an advanced payment fraud.
The HM Revenue & Customs should calculate the credit due in arrears after a particular tax year. This will enable struggling families to obtain credit that is due to them rather than end up in arrears out of the incompetency of Tax/Family Credit Department or in court due to inability to repay overpayments.
