Since the banning of standing terraces after the Hillsborough tragedy, new terrace approaches have been successfully used overseas that do not compromise safety relative to all-seated arrangements. http://www.fsf.org.uk/campaigns/safe-standing/

Allowing this change would be massively beneficial to the atmosphere at games, allows more fans to attend, and is widely supported by fans without any increased risks to safety.

We urge parliament to amend legislation to allow this to be introduced.
