Petition Impose sanctions on Greater Anglia ASAP

On Tuesday 24th December, Greater Anglia will cease operations due to weather for the second time in the same calendar month, allegedly due to "wind". The previous franchise incumbent, National Express East Anglia was working off the same infrastructure and did not have the same problems. Therefore, I request that HM Government consider all options in imposing sanctions and penalties on Greater Anglia for lack of service.
