At present ALL defendants in court are named at the start of the legal process. Media are then free to publish all of the details without regard to the possibility that the defendant is innocent. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY is the right of everybody...regardless of the charges brought against them. The time to name them is IF/WHEN they are found guilty by their peers.
