More details

This petition calls for the creation of three tiers of benefits such as JSA that are linked to the amount of work experience and level of education.

The basic level of JSA would be for those who have not achieved a c grade in both GCSE Maths and English.

The mid-level would be for those who do have GCSE maths and English at c grade or better.The higher grade would be for those who have c grade in maths and english and who have studied A level or higher, including professional exams and university degrees and who have over one years work history.
