Rejected petition Change the pictures on packets of cigarettes to phone numbers of helplines

I would like to see a change in packets of cigarettes. Removing the pictures and replacing them with the telephone numbers of charity helplines in the UK for example a charity for mental health.

Why was this petition rejected?

There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
