At the earliest opportunity facilitate the enablement of a recall petition in Delyn where eligible voters can determine if a by-election should be held. The incumbent MP has refused to resign, voters in Delyn should be able to make judgement and the opportunity to hold a by-election.
To allow the voters of Delyn a decision on whether the proven allegations of sexual harassment against the sitting MP are so series that a by-election should be held.
