We are all encouraged from a young age to step out of our comfort zone and become more independent. Getting jobs is the start of our journey and I feel as if us under 18s are used as cheap labourers. More often than not we do the same things as our older colleagues in some cases we work harder, yet we are disrespected with the below minimum wage. Everyone has something that they need to pay for whether it’s saving up for a car or having enough to pay for rent. Therefore we should make pay equal
