That the use of speaker equipment be restricted in all residential public areas. Music may be played and singing without the Aid of Electronic Equipment, to magnify the sound causing disturbance to those not interested in participating.

That Local Authorities, Community or Voluntary Sector and Church Groups cannot officially sanction, commission or encourage "Acts which would otherwise Constitute "Anti Social Behaviour".
