We need a full explanation in to the incident off the coast of Scotland before Christmas 2013
1. Was there a Russian ship fully armed off our coast
2. If there was, why did it take 24hrs for a British warship to respond
3. What has been said to Russia
4. It's reported this has happened before. Has it?
5. Are our forces now in such dire straights that they in capable of responding to such an incident
