this idea has to be stopped before it starts, how many of us can realistically afford £10 to go see the doc? we pay our National Insurance which entitles us to free healthcare and lets face it, seriously how many time wasters are there, why should the majority have to pay for a small minority, we ask that the dept of health and the coalition government think again
