Closed Provide bridging finance for Cambridgeshire secondary schools pending the implementation of a fairer funding formula.

Cambridgeshire is the worst funded education authority in the country. In spite of reductions to senior staff, teaching staff, teaching assistants and support staff the finances of most secondary schools in the area is becoming desperate. We cannot wait for any relief from the implementation of fair funding arrangements and now call for immediate bridging finance to enable us to balance our budgets for the foreseeable future
