Help us to revive all the existing ran down commercial premises so people that can't travel out to are have a much easier option

Because we are a lost voice. We are desperate for help and no one is listing. We have 3 shops, one is a chemist, a betting shop,and a paper shop. And around 20 un used shop units that's been closed for the past 10 years to my knowledge. Please help us
