Closed MAKE `RISK TAKERS` TAKE OUT INSURANCE AND PROTECT NHS FUNDS

We would like `ALL` who take risks which have a serious injury outcome to take out insurance, this would stop the NHS being used as a bottomless purse, people who do stupid stunts with great dangers MUST as they would have to abroad have insurance to cover injuries, at this time the NHS looks after the `DRUNKS` every weekend which is self inflicted through drink but expect the NHS to put things right at the cost of normal people with issues, this is part of the issue and why the NHS is struggling with funds.
