Rejected petition ban smoking

if I set up a organization that specialized in encouraging the non payment of income tax I would be viewed as a criminal and would rightly be Told to stop or taken to court and charged and possibly jailed.
and all because I was doing something that was against the law and something that resulted in loss of tax to the chancellor.
and yet the same law considers it to be acceptable to set up a business that specializes in selling cigarettes.
and yet smoking damages health and causes death from diseases such as lung and throat cancer.
it also puts an expensive burden on the nhs but the government also it to continue.
and by doing so it causes the public to continue abusing their health and dying from preventable diseases and that should not be allowed but the government allows it because it makes huge amounts in tax from the sale of cigarettes and by doing so it is putting profit before principle which has caused many problems in the uk.
