Rejected petition Make amendments to LGV CPC.
CPC is contributing to the demise of available heavy goods vehicle drivers. It is acknowledged it has played a good part in accident reduction but is a known fact the repetition of training is proving difficult with the syllabus.

Three options could be;
1) Abolish CPC
2) CPC requirement for new LGV drivers only and for first 5 years only.
3) Change CPC requirement to 1 day only every 5 years
