All aid to Foreign and Third World Countries to be stopped for maximum of 18 months.

The Billions that would be used for the Aid to be used to clear all CCJ's, Bankrupt Debts, Bank Loans / Overdrafts, Credit Card Debts, Loan Company Debts and Payday Loans.

Then set Income Restrictions eg. : Person on Social is not allowed any of the above Financing.

This will reduce debt and increase public spending.
