As a support worker I feel the pay is inadequate to the job that we do, the pay does not reflect the hard work we put in, we relieve the NHS so much by caring for tenants in there own properties some with very complex needs and the pay does not warrant this, this sector is very under staffed due to pay as people don't want to work with such high responsibilities for NMW
