To make sure that excess skin removal is offered by the NHS after a Patient undergoes Bariatric Surgery to loose weight as these patients will save the NHS budget far more than the cost of this procedure over their lifetime.
This procedure should be reclassified as necessary surgery rather than Cosmetic as it is now.
