Rejected petition End quarantine from amber list countries for people fully vaccinated in the EU.

People arriving in England from amber travel list destinations should not be made to quarantine if they have EU proof of being fully vaccinated against Coronavirus (COVID-19) with a vaccine currently approved for use in the UK.

More details

It has been announced by the government that fully vaccinated travellers arriving in England from amber-listed countries after 19 July 2021 are to be exluded from quarantine. This currently only applies to British residents who have been vaccinated under the NHS and, as a result, excludes British expatriates who have been fully vaccinated in the EU.
The end of quarantine from Amber List countries for people arriving in England should be extended to those adults who have been fully vaccinated in the EU provided they can show official (EU) proof of being fully vaccinated against Coronavirus (COVID-19) from a vaccine currently approved for use in the UK (currently Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca, Pfizer/BioNTech).
