They have developed natural antibodies to the virus.
Other countries treat individuals who had COVID same as vaccinated.In addition free antibodies tests are available in some EU countries - implement these instead of vaccines or tests prior to departure

People who had virus produced antibodies. Purpose of vaccine is to produce antibodies. Test for antibodies before forcing individuals to take vaccine via travel restrictions etc. We should not be restricted based on whether we had a vaccine or not. Provide antibody test alternative.
