We call for NHS staff to treat elderly patients with dignity and respect. After all, the elderly are someone's family. The elderly should not be talked down to as they are not daft.
NHS staff would like to have the elderly relatives treated with respect so they should treat ALL elderly patients how they would like to be treated.
