We the undersigned in order to help tackle the 'energy crisis' call on the government to implement policy changes whereby ALL new construction and renovated buildings in the UK have to incorporate solar panels and heat exchange units. This will increase manufacturing demand and reduce bulk costs including those associated with after build installation,
