The BBC Licence Tax is oppressive and violates the human rights of freedom of choice and equality of treatment. Technology exists to allow TV receiver owners to choose to block reception of the BBC so anybody who chooses to do that should legally be allowed to do so and not be required to pay the BBC Licence Tax.
