The Sikh community makes it clear that we're not content with the cabinet secretary leading the inquiry since it's not independent at all. Only an independent panel being set up or a public inquiry will suffice .We are not satisfied with this. This is not an independent enquiry. We demand a QC or alternatively a panel of Sikhs need to be engaged in the enquiry. Currently the enquiry is not independent of the government.
