Gross dishonesty is at epidemic levels throughout holders of public office through ALL levels of taxpayer funded employment, at both national and local level. Without legally enforceable conditions being attached to this windfall money there is a HUGE danger that taxpayers will NEVER see any benefits from it and it MUST be protected or it will be misappropriated and stolen.
