The marginalised will be constrained even more to either go without or seek food banks.many customers will be unable to afford the expense of travelling to Tesco out of town superstores seeking lower prices and impossible for the disabled.HMGov should consider as in Scotland a travel pass that embraces a companion addition eg carers.
