Too many bikes are sold online or from warehouse type retail stores in a box. This leaves it to the buyer to part assemble the bike without any knowledge or experience making the bike dangerous all to save a few pounds. What price a childs life. I would like the government to license anyone who sells new or used bikes. The license would be based on their trade experience (i.e. recognised cycle shops) or qualifications from the cycle trade.
