Syed Subzwari is an American citizen married to a British lady. They have two British children aged four and one. Syed applied to remain in the UK on 10th May 2012 as per Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, but his application was refused by the Home Office. An appeal was filed to HM Courts & Tribunals, which was also dismissed on 13 Dec 2013. Syed has made his life here and deserves to be allowed to remain with his wife and children.
