Closed petition If a claimant has had an ATOS appeal upheld, they should not have to go through the process again

Closed on

If a claimant has had an appeal upheld after failing an ATOS WCA, if they suffer from a genuine illness or disability, common sense should prevail and they should be placed into the support group for life.

We want the government to realise that terminal and degenerative illnesses and disabilities are not going to go away and this should be taken into account and more compassion is what genuine claimants want and need.
