Petition Remove PEGI for video games - Introduce tests and licenses
More details
Aware of the controversy surrounding violent games,
Acknowledges concerns relating to how video games of a mature nature may affect children,
Notes that scientific research and development reveals that said games do not directly affect children,
Shocked that children who are able to play these games without negative outcomes are restricted,
Request that the PEGI system is removed and a new system is put in place. Video games which contain content of an obscene nature are rated MATURE and that people who have taken an official audit hold a license in order to buy these games, WHATEVER circumstances they come from.
Audit will include psychological status, understanding of nature of games and how that extended times on video games can affect health.
Children of all nature should be allowed freedom when it comes to hobbies. Scientific research shows video games of such nature do not affect a child's behaviour.
