Rejected petition stop bullying in the mod

Devonport Naval Base officers allowed a bully to pick on volunteers at the naval museum because they believed the bully was an ex officer he was not.
The naval base then bullied and in one case framed innocent volunteers to cover for their mistakes.

Those naval officers should be held accountable but instead they refuse to admit their mistakes.
