Rejected petition Remove height barriers and laws preventing overnight sleeping from car parks

Local authorities have taken to preventing camper-vans from using their car parks by implementing height barriers.
Firstly I want law to remove these as they prejudice people with certain vehicles.
Secondly remove laws preventing overnight resting in these restricted car parks and parking bays.

I would like government to prevent the use of height barriers that stop all taller (vans) vehicles using car parks of the land when there is no need for a height barrier. Equality!!
I would also like the government to prevent the no overnight sleeping in such facilities without implementing fines as we are encouraged to rest if we are tired from driving, but invariably fined ourselves financially penalised by local authorities for doing so. Perhaps a stay for 24hr and no return law within 48hrs
