Rejected petition stop borrowing money to give away to other countries

I call upon the government to stop borrowing money
on behalf of the tax payers of this country just to give it away (to the tune of £12 billion per annum ) to other
countries ,some of which neither need it nor even want it and others which syphon off the funds by
theft or fraud.In future only funds to be given away if
they havent been borrowed in the first place and if
aid is given ,it should not be in the form of cash funds
but in life saving or changing equipment or medical
supplies or food and water.
