Petition Smokeless coal rip off

People that live in so called "smoke control zones" have to burn smokeless coal in there home fires. At a time when the energy companies are ripping the people off. Smokeless coal is twice the price of normal house coal.

Just because people live in these zones they are ripped of either way.

The government should subsidise the smokeless coal for the people that live in these zones to help them with the cost of heating there homes.
