Closed petition Licensing of Animal Welfare Charities

Given the apparent prediliction of so called Animal Welfare Charities to ignore the norms of civilised societies in seeking to achieve their aims, including invading the privacy of law abiding members of the public, committing criminal damage and assault, and using the criminal courts to bring politically motivated prosecutions, we ask that the government licenses and monitors the acitivities of these groups in the public good.
