Tell schools and staff to stop disregarding children who want to 'tell' on bullies and report wrong doing.
Children need to be shown that it's okay to 'tell' and that the information they provide will be dealt with.
This will help to break the cycle of silence which enables crime, cruelty and abuse to take place in our society.
