Rejected petition Change rules of the Petition Service so Parliament can't avoid responsibility

NHS leadership are using the NHS website as platform for identity politics. https://senioronboarding.leadershipacademy.nhs.uk/blog-dear-white-people-in-the-uk/
The Petition Service now deny that the NHS is under government jurisdiction although the government directly funds the NHS via taxation.

More details

A petition against misuse of the NHS website received this response from the Petition Service:
"Sorry, we can’t accept your petition – 'Remove Identity Politics From the NHS'. It calls for an action relating to a particular individual, or organisation outside of the UK Government or Parliament. In any case, the Government isn't responsible for the content of blogs."
This falsely absolves the Govt of all responsibility for a body which is publicly funded and must therefore be depoliticised.

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like to change about the petitions site. Petitions can only currently be accepted where they relate to something that Parliament or Government is directly responsible for. We're not sure if you'd like that to change to include operational decisions that the Government and Parliament aren't responsible for, or a different change to the petition standards.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, for example making clear what changes you'd like to be made to the petition standards, which you can read here:

https://petition.parliament.uk/help

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
